An attorney-at-law with 20 years at the Jamaican Bar, Miss Cameron a strategic thinker with acute business administration and legal skills she served for several years as Vice President of Legal and Regulatory for Flow Caribbean where she was also Company Secretary of Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited and its subsidiaries. She has gained considerable experience with respect to mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, business development, organizational transformation, corporate governance and the regulatory and market complexities in which corporations pursue objectives.
Ultimately, however, she is focused on the development of people and is committed to helping organisations create an enabling environment in which colleagues are engaged and motivated to tap into and unleash their brilliance. In keeping with this passion for mobilizing people beyond their perceived limits, Miss Cameron is currently the Assistant Vice President of Human Resource Development and Public Relations at the Jamaica Broilers Group.
Miss Cameron has been a keynote speaker at local and international conferences and has conducted business seminars and motivational talks on a wide range of topics including: Leadership, "Retrofitting" Human Resources for Competition, Emancipating Customer Experience Excellence, Personal Branding, and the Legal & Regulatory Impact of Conducting Business in the Caribbean.
