Throughout his career, Mr Desrochers demonstrated a passion for quality and for customer service. During his tenure at Air Canada he championed a significant cultural change in the company's customer service deliverables.

As a tour operator, Mr Desrochers acquired considerable insight and knowledge about the hotel industry and the features that make for a great hotel. Mr Desrochers is often called upon by hoteliers to share his knowledge and lend his advice on design features, service standards and financial considerations.
